I don't get it

I have at least one friend who is made uncomfortable by abstract art. Her response is usually,"I don't get it".

Using again in a new way

Recycling is not just for plastic, cardboard, and newspaper. The concept of using something again, in a new way, can be applied to many parts of our life, from letter writing, to baby toys, to recipes, to artwork.

Sometimes the best thing to do with a piece that isn't so good, is to visualize cutting it up, and then have fun doing it!

Cleaning the Closet (Refrigerator, Studio, BookShelf, Shed)

I am often heard saying "Use what you have." I am pretty good at practicing what I preach. I design new garden beds with easy to move perennials in mind, those already in other beds and ready to thin.
